This class will focus on proper alignment for yoga poses,breathing techniques, balance work,and ending with relaxing meditation. Modifications will begiven for people with special physical needs,especially in the areas of arthritis and skeletal issues. Gentle yoga is for all levels and abilities; however, participants must beable to lie and sit down on a mat. Chairs will be available. Bring a yoga mat and strap (bathrobe tie will do) 2Yoga blocks, big towel and water.
