Republic Waste Services

The Association’s trash hauler is Allied Waste Industries aka Republic Services. Household trash and recyclables are picked up curbside once a week on Wednesdays. If the normal collection day falls on a holiday, or if collection cannot be performed due to weather conditions, trash and recyclable collection will be performed the following day. Each unit receives one trash container with wheels, and one recyclable container.

A maximum of one large bulk item, such as appliances, sofas, etc. will be picked up each month per dwelling unit.
