Planning to make a sazzling hat for the Kentucky Derby? Need a little inspiration? On Friday, April 12, at 1:00 PM you have an invitation. Afra Agostino, from Tapestration Florals, has volunteered to come here to help you design and construct a fanciful hat. Just gather "bedazzlements" (lace, ribbon, feathers, flowers) and your hat.
